Volunteer orientation meetings are generally conducted the first Monday of each month at our headquarters in the First Baptist Church, located at the corner of Salisbury Street and Park Avenue, Worcester. Parking is accessible from Salisbury Street and the entrance to meeting space is at the rear of the church. Meetings start at 7:00 PM and usually last about 45 minutes.

At these meetings, Board members introduce themselves and provide a brief overview of GWHFH and its mission. Information about volunteer opportunities is reviewed and the session concludes with answering questions from participants.

Group Presentations

If you have a group, to which you would like GWHFH to make a presentation, please contact our office to make arrangements. We’ll travel to your site if that’s more convenient.
